Ange's quick fish method
From: Ange Kenos Clean a fish, any fish that is freshly caught. Lightly oil with olive oil. Sprinkle with cummin and pepper. Add some basil and thyme. Grill or lightly barbecue. Finish - garnish with lightly grilled or barbecued mushrooms. Enjoy with wine or a cool beer and garlic bread (home made is best). (20 August 2003) |
