AT HOME... RECIPE

Spice up your salmon
From Jon Child

Here's an interesting, tasty way to add life to your "Salmon Portions/Steaks".

Ingredients:
In a small bowl, mix:

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain seeded mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Few twists (ground) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon good olive oil
  • Shake of dry basil
  • A good splash of sweet chile

Method:
Place fish separatly on tinfoil. Spoon stirred ingredients over fish then seal up foil.

Cooking
Place in oven on 220 degrees for about twenty minutes OR cook slowly on campfire/BBQ for same time.

Served with salad (& dressing). Beer or red wine.

Enjoy, see ya, Jon.
P.S. Also great on trout.
