Need help identifying mystery bait

Frank Gardner writes:
Hi, I was fishing the mouth of the Yarra the other day & a chap was catching Ludrick (dark blue grey with vertical stripes) one after the other on what appeared to be a pudding bait. He would not say what it was when asked. Anyone have any clues? It was bloody good stuff. Thanks for the advice on the warmies.

Peter Jolly replies:
Frank, I spent a couple of hours down at the warmies chatting and the only hint I could get to the make-up of the dough bait was this... First make a bread dough and add tuna oil. Some were saying cheese goes in as well, the smellier the better. It is supposed to act as a slow release berley as well as being a bait. Good Luck.
